1. VAT Invoice Statement

Thank you for your interest in our products. At this time, we are unable to issue VAT-specific invoices.

Our products are not subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and no VAT is charged during the purchase process.

This does not affect the quality of the products or the level of support we provide. We remain committed to offering reliable products and responsive customer service.

If your company requires a VAT invoice for accounting or tax purposes, please contact our customer service team before placing an order to check what options may be available.

2. Discount Policy

We occasionally offer promotions to provide additional value on your order:

  1. Order Discount: Orders over $100 may qualify for a small automatic discount at checkout.
  2. Returning Customer Discount: Returning customers may be eligible for a discount on future purchases.
Note: Only one promotion can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

3. Accessing Your Invoice

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email that includes a link to download your invoice. You can save it directly for your records.

If you don't see the email right away, please check your spam or promotions folder. A shipping confirmation email will also include the same invoice download link once your order has been dispatched.

If you're still unable to find your invoice, you can try the following:

  1. Visit the Order Tracking page and enter your email address or order ID to access your order details and download the invoice.
  2. Contact our support team and provide the email used for your purchase — we'll help you retrieve it.

4. Do I need a PayPal account to make a payment?

No, a PayPal account is not required.

You can complete your purchase using a credit or debit card (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) without signing in to PayPal.

When redirected to the PayPal page, simply select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to check out as a guest.

5. Is PayPal secure?

Yes. PayPal uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.

When you pay through PayPal, sensitive financial details such as your card or bank account numbers are not shared with the seller.

This allows you to complete transactions with an added layer of privacy and security.

6. Why was my credit card payment declined?

Payments are processed securely by independent payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

If your payment was declined, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. The billing information entered does not match your card details.
  2. There are insufficient funds available.
  3. The card has been reported lost or stolen.
  4. The card has expired or is not activated.
  5. The card is not enabled for online or international transactions.
  6. 3-D Secure authentication is required but not completed.
  7. Your credit limit has been reached.

If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your card issuer or bank for further assistance.

7. Why is my payment status still "Pending"?

If you paid using an eCheck via PayPal, processing may take a few business days.

While the payment is marked as "Pending", your order will remain on hold. Once the payment is cleared, we will proceed with shipment.

If the pending status lasts longer than expected, please contact PayPal support for more information.

8. Why do I see PayPal error 10486?

Error 10486: "This transaction cannot be completed. Please return to PayPal."

This may occur for several reasons:

  1. The billing address cannot be verified.
  2. The transaction exceeds your card limit.
  3. The payment was declined by your card issuer.

What you can try:

  1. Make sure your billing address matches your card details exactly.
  2. Check with your bank to confirm available balance or limits.
  3. Contact your card provider for more information about the decline.

If the issue persists, you may try a different payment method or contact PayPal support.

9. Is cash on delivery (COD) available?

At this time, cash on delivery is not available.

We currently support secure online payment methods, including:

  1. Credit/Debit Card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard)
  2. PayPal (guest checkout available)
  3. Bank transfer (where applicable)
