1. Instructions for Claiming Warranty

For all returns and exchanges, you must first obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. 12-Month Warranty

A. Terms of Service

  1. Within 12 months from the date of purchase, if the battery develops a fault not caused by user error, you may apply for a repair or replacement.
  2. Warranty claim procedure:

    2. Provide clear video or photographic evidence of the issue, The customer is required to provide the model of the defective product and clear evidence showing the defect.

Special Notice: Batteries are consumable products, and a decrease in capacity over time is normal and not covered by the warranty.

B. Warranty Processing Procedure

To ensure your warranty claim is processed efficiently, please strictly follow the 4-step procedure below. All warranty returns require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  1. Submit a Warranty Support Request

    Submit your warranty claim via our Contact Us page. You must provide the original order number, product model, and clear photo/video evidence of the product defect to support your claim.

  2. Obtain RMA Number Approval

    Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will send the official RMA number to your registered email. You must clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.

  3. Ship the Product Back

    The RMA number is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. You must ship the product and ensure it is delivered to our warehouse within this validity period. After shipping, please provide the courier company name and tracking number to our customer support team for tracking.

  4. Product Inspection & Resolution Fulfillment

    Once we receive the returned product, our technical team will complete a full quality inspection within 3 business days. After the claim is approved, we will arrange the replacement shipment within 2–7 working days.

All replacement products issued under this warranty will carry the same remaining warranty period as the original defective product.

4. Warranty Procedures Step by Step

Based on the duration of use, we offer the following support policy:

  1. 0–6 months: If the issue is not caused by the user, we offer a free replacement and cover the shipping costs.
  2. 7–9 months: In case of quality issues, you can choose either a 50% refund or a replacement battery (customer pays for shipping).
  3. 10–12 months: If the battery has issues during the warranty period, you can choose either a 30% refund or a replacement battery (customer pays for shipping).

5. Exclusions from the Warranty (The following are not covered by the warranty)

  1. Batteries purchased from other sellers or platforms.
  2. Products that exceed the 12-month warranty period.
  3. Damage caused by user error or insufficient protection.
  4. Damage caused by fire, flood, war, or other force majeure events.
  5. Products that have been dismantled, altered, or had their warranty labels removed without permission.
  6. Products that have been altered or repaired by third parties or unauthorized personnel.
  7. Natural reduction in capacity due to normal use.

6. Special Case Handling

  1. Damage during shipping: Please provide a complete video of the package being opened. If the damage is due to shipping, the replacement will be processed free of charge with the video serving as evidence.
  2. Compatibility or operational issues: If the product cannot be used due to incompatibility or a quality defect, a return and refund will be arranged.
  3. Recurring issues after replacement: If the same issue reoccurs after the battery replacement, without user error (confirmed officially), a 50% refund of the total order amount will be provided as the final compensation (post-sale service ends).

7. Shipping Costs

  1. Warranty for shipping damage: The shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
  2. Battery not charging:
    1. 0–6 months after purchase: The shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
    2. 7–12 months after purchase: The shipping costs will be covered by the customer (please contact customer service for the amount).
